High-plateau formation due to orographic precipitation. Numerical model.
Two identical model runs of continental collision using tAo, combining erosion, isostasy and climate. The only difference between them is that in the left I used orographic precipitation (wind from the right) and the right model has no preferential precipitation distribution.
Only the left model develops a high plateau.
